1. About Driifloat

Driifloat provides software for facilities that manage dry-floatation sessions and for consumers who discover facilities and make bookings. Driifloat is a technology provider. The facility you select provides the physical session, premises, staff, equipment, pricing, availability, and facility-specific policies.

A facility and a consumer may have separate terms or arrangements for the physical session. Those arrangements are between the facility and consumer. Driifloat is not the provider of the facility’s dry-floatation service and is not an agent for the physical service, except where applicable law says otherwise.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement to use the Services and must provide accurate information. You must be 18 years or older to hold a Driifloat account. An adult may book a session for a person under 18 where the selected facility permits it and accepts responsibility for its requirements.

Keep your account credentials private and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law says otherwise.

3. Facilities and authorised users

A facility owner is responsible for its facility account, information, booking policies, customer information, and authorised users. Each staff member should use an individual account and must not share credentials. Facility owners must remove access when a staff member no longer needs it.

Facilities are responsible for ensuring that their use of customer information, staff information, notes, intake fields, and notifications complies with applicable law. Facilities must not use Driifloat to collect medical or other sensitive information unless they have independently confirmed that the collection is lawful and appropriate.

4. Bookings and facility services

The Services may allow you to choose a facility, session, and time. A booking is subject to availability and becomes confirmed only when the Services or facility confirms it. We may send booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation notices, rescheduling notices, and other service messages by email, push notification, or in-app notification.

The facility’s cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, payment, and refund policies apply to the physical service. Read those policies before booking. A facility may approve, reject, change, or cancel a booking where its policy or applicable law allows it. Cancellations, refunds, physical-service complaints, and consumer claims about the session are between you and the facility.

Driifloat does not currently process payments for facility bookings. A facility may arrange payment or refunds separately with you. Driifloat may introduce paid features in the future. Any price and payment terms will be shown before purchase.

Public booking and booking-management links may provide access to booking actions to anyone who possesses the link. Keep those links private and do not share them unnecessarily.

5. Facility content and data

Facilities are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of facility names, descriptions, images, logos, addresses, opening hours, services, prices, and booking policies they publish. A facility grants Driifloat the limited licence needed to host, display, reproduce, distribute, resize, and technically process that content to operate the Services.

Facility data may include customer, booking, staff, session, and operational information. Driifloat processes that data to provide and secure the Services. Facilities remain responsible for their decisions about the physical service and their use of customer information.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to break the law, impersonate another person, create fake or abusive bookings, spam facilities or consumers, scrape data, bypass booking or security controls, probe or disrupt the Services, upload malicious code, or access information without permission. You must not enter medical or other sensitive information into free-text notes or intake fields unless you have a lawful and appropriate reason to do so.

7. Intellectual property

Driifloat and its licensors own the Services, software, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks, and other Driifloat materials. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose while you comply with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit the Services except where applicable law permits it.

8. Availability, changes, and termination

We may maintain, update, suspend, or change the Services. We do not promise that the Services will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device. We may suspend or end access for security, fraud, unlawful activity, material breach, account compromise, or legal reasons.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account closure by emailing support@driifloat.com. Ending your account may affect future bookings. Facilities should contact us about export or deletion of facility data and about active bookings before ending use. We may retain information where needed for legal, security, dispute, or legitimate operational purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes for facility or business users may also be emailed when we have a contact address for that account. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires a different process.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Driifloat processes personal information. It also explains how booking information may be shared with the selected facility and its authorised personnel.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without a promise that they will be uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. Driifloat does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, or accuracy of a facility or its physical services. Any concerns about a physical session should be raised with the facility.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those limits, Driifloat will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss. Driifloat’s total liability arising from the Services will be limited to the greater of £100 and the amount you paid Driifloat for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

If you use the Services for a facility or business, you will indemnify Driifloat against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, infringement caused by your content, or misuse of personal information. You must give us prompt notice and reasonable cooperation. Where appropriate, Driifloat may control the defence of claims naming Driifloat. This does not require indemnity for Driifloat’s own fraud, negligence causing death or personal injury, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or transferred. This does not require a consumer to indemnify Driifloat for ordinary use of the Services or for matters that cannot lawfully be transferred to the consumer.

12. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where they live and may have mandatory protections that these Terms cannot remove.

13. General

If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our prior consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or other business transfer. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Driifloat about the Services. They do not override separate arrangements between a facility and a consumer for the physical session.
